Kirsty has a diverse background in supporting organisations to develop the operational practices to enable them to achieve their goals. A former teacher, she worked as Director of Operations for a summer school at Cambridge University in the UK, and Operations Director for an education consultancy in Beijing.

Kirsty strives for operational efficiency and enjoys using technology to achieve this while always centring the value of human experience in her processes.
